JOJUN thermal grease compound paste is a kind of heat transfer grease compound, which is often used for thermal interface conduction between high-power electronic components and heat sinks. It can transfer the heat from the chip to the heat sink, keep the chip at a safe and stable temperature, prevent the chip from being destroyed due to poor heat dissipation, and prolong the service life.
